- Environmental permitting and regulatory proceedings for $140 million renewable energy project
- Advise and represent renewable energy advocate in regulatory proceedings before the State Public Utilities Commission
- Environmental due diligence and lease review on $44 million oil company transaction
- Representation of landowners concerning environmental lease provisions and commercial summary possession
- Two-year mediation of complex, multi-party enforcement action involving Clean Water Act, Endangered Species Act, citizens suit, U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, and six other federal, state, and county agencies
- Resolution of Clean Water Act section 404 wetlands violations and litigation involving municipal sewage treatment plants
- Administrative proceedings and litigation involving $11 million Waikiki municipal development project
- Litigation of CERCLA cost recovery actions and defense of multimillion dollar claims under federal and state underground storage tank laws
- Negotiation of NPDES and Clean Air Act permits and defense of violations and penalty proceedings
- Incorporation of non-profit wildlife research organization
