BRITTNEY M. WU is an associate at Schlack Ito primarily focusing in the area of civil litigation. Ms. Wu’s practice includes representing parties involved in commercial litigation; real estate litigation, including commercial and residential summary possession actions, quiet title and partition actions; and plaintiff’s personal injury cases.  While attending the University of Hawaii’s William S. Richardson School of Law, Ms. Wu worked full-time as a legal assistant doing plaintiffs’ personal injury work, real property disputes, and mechanic’s liens. Ms. Wu also worked for Hawaiian Telcom in their government relations department, and for the Medical Legal Partnership for Children (MLCP) on Oahu, strengthening her commitment to giving back to Hawaii’s underserved populations in the areas of labor law, healthcare law, and landlord-tenant disputes.
