  • Business Transactions: Represented clients in drafting and negotiating a wide array of contracts, such as construction, consulting, service, licensing, management, agency and settlement agreements.
  • Litigation: Represented clients in real estate, landlord-tenant, foreclosure, mechanic’s lien, insurance coverage, negligence, and construction disputes.
  • Alternative Dispute Resolution: Represented clients in successful mediation and settlement proceedings involving multiple parties in real estate, construction, and environmental disputes. Acted as court appointed arbitrator in personal injury lawsuits and pro bono mediator in a variety of cases.
